Another Lockdown?  How will my business cope?

I guess we all knew it was coming, but even so, even we were surprised by the speed of Saturdays announcement.

At MPH, we have already been helping our clients think about life during the first lockdown and how they can identify new markets and opportunities.   We have had some great successes, with some clients even doubling their sales as a result of being better able to work “on their business” rather than “In their business”.

As the new lockdown approaches, MPH are offering a free 90-minute session with one of our business coaches to help guide you through, not only the next few weeks but more importantly the next 5 years.

The meeting is Strictly confidential, and the initial meeting is just to get “inside” the business a little.  During this time, we will be able to demonstrate the benefits of using MPH as a coach & business advisor.

Beware, the meeting may be uncomfortable and challenge your existing thought process.

We will look at a brief overview of your business which will include:

* Your goals and ambitions for 1, 3 & 5 Years

* Exit Strategy (Sounds odd at this stage, but we all want to retire )

* A look at your business (SWOT OR PESTEL)

* Pricing structure, your competition and USP’s

* Staff management, recruitment & training (Including peer to peer training)

* Data management, marketing and social media

* Policies and structure of the business with regards to growth management

At the end of the meeting, you’ll receive a free summary of the discussions along with details as to how our business coaching packages may benefit you.

The sessions are held over Zoom.  To book, please call us on 01227 277667 or email admin@mphaccountants.co.uk
