As a certified bookkeeper accredited by The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, Nikki is committed to furthering her professional development and is currently studying towards the Self-Assessment Tax Level 4 qualification.

Outside of work, Nikki is a professional singer, performing at various events and other music venues. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
