Paul started his business career in 1995 and dedicated over two decades growing and building a successful estate agency from scratch. Having built a strong local reputation and employing over 30 staff, Paul’s business was bought by a competitor in 2018 and since then he has been helping other business owners achieve their own professional and personal goals. Through the application of applying simple but effective techniques, Paul has played a pivotal role in the expansion and success of several of our clients.

In his spare time, Paul is a keen golfer but is also involved with voluntary groups and charities where he can apply his knowledge and experience, making a significant contribution.
